Snow Club Summer Updates

posted Jul 31, 2018, 2:43 PM by Becky Stadler   [ updated Jul 31, 2018, 2:57 PM ]

It may be the middle of summer, but we're already planning for a great 2019 season! We held our summer planning meeting earlier this month. Now you can check out the updated dates for 2019 on our calendar

Also, we would like to extend a warm welcome to our newest member of the Snow Club board - Amy Bachran! She was a huge help last year and we are excited to have her back this year. Amy will be representing our group at Cockeysville Middle School!

Hope you enjoy the rest of your summer, see you in the winter!

Chairman Chris Sawicki Passes the Baton

posted May 17, 2018, 1:04 PM by Becky Stadler

thank_you_chrisMany cheers and thanks to Chris Sawicki as he passes the Chairmanship of LTRC Snow Club to James Ruley. Chris has held the position of Chairman for 6 years, taking the club membership from an average of 150 to 200 students each year to 300!

What does this mean for the future of Baltimore County and our local ski areas? More life long skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts. Over the past 19 years LTRC Snow Club has introduced thousands of local children to the life long sport of skiing. Chris Sawicki has been instrumental in guiding the club to the next level.

The success of LTRC Snow Club is echoed at Liberty Mountain with Ski Patrol’s comment, “We wish every Night Club group was as well organized at LTRC Snow Club.” The club accomplishes this by having every board member wear the clearly identified red Snow Club jacket. In addition, each board member is equipped with a satellite radio with the capability to monitor Liberty (Whitetail and Roundtop) ski patrol. Chris Sawicki added these two major improvements to the club during his tenure.

Incoming Chairman James Ruley is excited to take on the challenges of running the Snow Club for the next few years. Chris Sawicki is equally excited to be past-Chairman and support James going forward.

Registration Updates

posted Nov 11, 2017, 6:35 AM by Becky Stadler

We are well into registration for the 2018 Season now and here are a few updates.

Middle School had so much interest that we have now opened up a fourth bus. The Night Club Card with Transportation option was temporarily suspended, but we have opened it back up for anyone who would still like to register with Transportation. If you registered for the Night Club Card Only option and would like to add transportation your child will be added to the transportation list when we receive payment. Please make checks payable to LTRC Snow Club for $170. Mail or drop to:
Jennifer Stoner
104 Greenridge Ct
Lutherville, MD 21093

We would like to move the 4th bus to Cockeysville Middle School but still would need a few more students from Cockeysville to join. As of now the 4th bus will be located at Ridgely Middle School.

High School only has 24 seats left as of today. If you plan to sign up and would like to purchase transportation do so before we fill up! We will not be adding a fourth bus to High School.
